Art Trade: CharlotteXEnvy

Charlotte casually leaned back on the wall and lightly twirled the glass of champagne in her hand. She didn’t mind the military social gatherings but she did mind the fact no one socialised with her.

She only came because Roy asked her to. The two of them grew up together and joined the army together. However, young Charlotte wanted to be more than Roy’s friend.

Roy had asked Charlotte to come so where was he?

‘Hey Charlotte!’

Her thoughts were interrupted when Havoc came over she was glad he didn’t have a cigarette in his mouth but the stench was still there.

‘Hello Jean’ she responded politely, resisting the urge to scrunch up her nose

‘You look smashing tonight!’ he complemented.

A light blush appeared on Charlotte’s face ‘um, thanks!’

‘Don’t mention it!’ Havoc responded cheerfully

‘Hey Jean have you seen Roy anywhere?’

Havoc paused for a second. ‘Last time I saw him he was chatting it up with a bunch of girls’

‘Typical’ Charlotte scoffed

‘Yeah well, that’s Roy for ya!’

‘Charlotte!’

The two of them turned to see Roy walking up to them.

‘Speak of the devil!’ Havoc muttered

‘Oh hello’ Charlotte responded

‘Can you come with me?’ Roy asked. ‘I want to show you something’

‘um… Sure!’ Charlotte responded.

Roy offered his hand and Charlotte took it. The two of them  were about to walk off when Havoc called ‘what about the girls?’

‘What girls?’

Roys Question made Charlotte break into a smirky smile. However little did she know that when they left the room, Colonel Mustang
had just left the men’s room.

‘Where are we going?’ Charlotte asked

‘Somewhere Special’ Roy replied

The two of them entered a dark room. Charlotte began to walk around curiously while Roy locked the door behind them.

‘Ok…’ Charlotte mumbled getting a little unnerved ‘what did you want to show me?’

‘This!’

The next thing Charlotte knew she was pinned up against the wall by someone other than Mustang. The figure began to kiss her
passionately.

Charlotte then shoved away the figure and screamed. The figure laughed and gripped her wrists ‘you’re so feisty’ he laughed.

Charlotte then recognised the voice.

It was way back when she was investigating the explosion of Laboratory 5.

‘Who could’ve done this?’ Charlotte wondered as she searched the area.

‘I could help you!’

Charlotte looked up to see a boy with long green hair and a black out fit he was holding a long piece of material, standing one top of
part of a broken wall

‘I have some information that might help’ he continued

Charlotte’s eyes lit up with hope ‘really? Can you tell me?’

The boy leapt down from the rubble and then flung the material over Charlotte’s head. He then continued to plant a kiss on her lips. He then pulled away and smirked.

‘My names Envy’ he declared, licking his lips ‘thanks for the kiss’

‘You!!’ Charlotte shouted ‘You’re the Homunculus from Lab 5!!’

‘That’s me!’ Envy laughed. Before he was unexpectedly pinned to the ground by Charlotte

‘How did you know my name?’ Charlotte demanded

‘Wow you’re feisty’ Envy cackled

‘you didn’t answer my question’ She threatened

‘I know it because I heard the soldiers call you that’ Said Envy smiling slyly. ‘I also know that they call you the Dark Ice Alchemist’

Charlotte started to get a little nervous.

‘Wanna know what else I know?’

‘What?’

‘I know that the Colonel doesn’t love you’

Charlotte threw Envy against the wall.

‘SHUT UP!!’ Charlotte screamed.

‘Me however,’ Envy continued, unphased. ‘Find you very attractive’

‘What?’ Charlotte stared at him in disbelief.

‘What’s not to like about you?’ Envy continued.

He then moved quickly and wrapped one arm around her waist.

‘Your good with guns, you’re an alchemist and best of all,’He licked his lips and whispered ‘You’re so homunculus’

‘You just want me to be a homunculus like you!!’ Charlotte shouted, trying to force him off her.

At this point Roy and Havoc burst into the room.

‘Get off of her!!!’ Roy shouted

‘How about no?’ Envy teased.

‘I said get off her! Roy shouted threatening to click his fingers.

‘Make me’ Envy taunted. Brushing his tongue along Charlotte’s neck.

Charlotte made a little yelp.

Without thinking, Roy clicked his fingers left, right and centre. Envy kept moving avoiding every shot.

Explosions arose all over the room.

Havoc grabbed Roy’s wrist to stop him but Roy merely shook him off.

‘STOP IT!!’ Envy shouted but Roy wouldn’t listen until

‘YOU’RE SCARING CHARLOTTE!!!!’

Roy froze and looked at Envy.

‘LOOK!!’ Envy demanded and pointed to see Charlotte shivering in the corner. Hands on her ears weeping.

Roy dropped his hand and walked over to her. ‘Charlotte, I..’

‘STAY AWAY FROM ME’ Charlotte screamed running from Roy and into Envy’s arms.

‘Get me out of here’ She demanded.

Envy shape shifted into a giant Hawk and Charlotte clung onto him. The two of them then flew out of the hole in the wall.

‘Charlotte!!!’ Mustang called running to the exit. ‘I LOVE YOU!!!’

‘You did once…’ Charlotte muttered and rested her head on Envy for comfort.

A few days later. Envy was waiting, hoping, when suddenly someone pinned him against the wall and kissed him passionately. Envy greedily returned the kiss.

The figure pulled herself away and smiled.

‘My name’s Vengeance’ she declared, licking her lips ‘Thanks for the kiss.’
